Section 17(a) of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act (MACC) 2009 which is punishable by up to 20 years in prison and fine of five times the pibe or RM10,000 whichever is higher.

根據反貪污法令1 7 （ a ） 條文啊，任何提供賄賂者將被控上的想法是，監禁不超過20年和罰款5倍的賄賂金/ RM10000（看那一個比較高）。

所以，下次遇到交警攔路，記得不要給錢，風險太大了！！可以試試求情給機會，還是接受罰單吧！

目前，消息指出，4月為止，有18倧賄賂交警被提控上庭的案例！
