炸餛飩皮包金針菇,酥脆美味的小吃!做法真的超簡單!

餛飩皮包金針菇

材料:

餛飩皮100g

金針菇2包

炸雞粉少許

鹽少許

 

做法

1. 金針菇去掉根部, 不用洗,(如果要洗, 快速過一下水不要浸泡) 直接放進加入少許鹽的炸雞粉攪拌

2. 用餛飩皮包裹一小束金針菇, 餛飩皮我用少許水收口

3. 下油鍋中火炸香就可以了

Ingredient

Wonton skin 100g Enoki Mushroom 2 package Friend Chicken powder Pinch of salt

How to cook

1. Enoki just cut off and discard the roots, no need to wash, (you can wash also just dun too long time) add enoki mushroom into the fried chicken powder that already add the salt and stir well.

2. Use Wonton skin and wrapped a small bundle of enoki mushroom.

3. Fried it done
