此外，莫哈末阿斯裡還強調，道路受阻，對受阻的人是「極度痛苦」的事。

雖然莫哈末阿斯裡今日在面子書撰文時提出上述看法，但他也事先聲明這番言論與在星期五新山發生的「穆斯林祈禱期間，司機被群眾拖下車圍毆」事件毫無關聯。
